Review Summary:

Celebrating its 10 year anniversary, Rockstar Games brings Grand Theft Auto: Vice City to limited Android devices. High-resolution graphics, along with updated controls including support for game controllers makes this one game you cannot pass up.

I reviewed this game on the Samsung Galaxy S3 and everything ran flawlessly. Game control with the touch screen is pretty much the same layout as with GTA 3. For people with big hands, such as myself, I suggest opting for a gamepad. You’ll be able to see the screen better and have a much better accuracy with shooting and driving.

Hooking up my PS3 wireless controller to my S3 via Sixaxis Controller app on the Play Store for game play was a breeze.  A simple pairing of the controller to the app and setting it to usb gamepad allowed me to be in game playing in minutes. Gameplay is smooth and nothing was left out from all the favorite missions and cars, to just roaming the streets and killing hookers for the money and running from the cops.GTA VICE CITY GAME PLAY ANDROID SCREENSHOT ACTION 300x168 Review: GTA: Vice City for Android

With the vast amount of devices out there that run android, it is hard to correctly port the game to all screen resolutions and hardware specs. Since day one of the release however, Rockstar has been on top of it all. Rolling out updates to glitches and certain hardware issues.

• New, precisely tailored firing and targeting options
• Custom controls with a fully customizable layout
• Massive campaign with countless hours of gameplay
• Compatible with the MoGa Wireless Game Controller and select USB gamepads
• Integrated with Immersion tactile effects
